Package Your Items
Securely place the watch band in its original packaging, ensuring all pins, tools, and accessories included in the shipment are present.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned band, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
